If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to initiate a return of an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect your return and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item, if your item is returned damaged, or incomplete, then you will not be eligible for a refund. It is your responsibility to ensure the item arrives back with us in the condition it was received.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive a credit from us as soon as we have acknowledged satisfactory receipt of your return, timescale for return of your funds can vary depending on your card issuer's policies, once we have issued a refund, it is in the hands of your own chosen payment provider.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any shipping costs are non-refundable.
