Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 business days unless specified otherwise (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped, please note that dispatch times can increase should we not have sufficient stock available due to unforeseen circumstances, or if any part of your order is being made up on request, if this is the case, you will be notified separately by email.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your order.

International Shipping

We do not offer overseas shipping at present via our website, but can do via ebay.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us or our courier which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available, although generally it will be much sooner than this

If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jasoncutts1@icloud.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We will not dispatch orders to PO boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns if notified within 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and still sealed, and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs, please see our refund policy for further details.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jasoncutts1@icloud.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution as soon as possible.
